Lantien Shanfang Collection, acquired in Hong Kong in 1993
The necklace comprises 26 jade tubular beads of varing sizes and a semi-circular huang pendant. The huang pendant is of an earlier date than Liangzhu Culture, possibly from the Songze Culture (circa 3900-3300 BC). All are covered with white and some russet alteration.
